Hurrah! I’ve done it! I’ve found a way to grow radishes AND enjoy eating them. Or rather, I enjoy eating their pickled seed pods. I’m happy to report that the Radish Pod Pickles are AWESOME! Perfect little salty yummy snack. This discovery makes me incredibly happy, and I can’t wait to share the pickles with everyone at Beer Darts on Monday.
