I love dogs. I have two of them, and I love them to bits. I think this could be a thoughtful handmade Christmas gift for the dog lover on your list. I even have one of these glass canisters sitting on a shelf in my kitchen, just waiting to find its true purpose in life.

You could also fill it with homemade, healthy dog treats. There are millions of recipes out there. I like this one because it also helps fight doggie halitosis.

We have 5 dogs and they all get a treat any one of us comes home. Unfortunately that has become an expensive routine. It wouldn’t hurt if we found a cheaper way of making treats for the dogs and freshening their breath would be an added bonus.
